Hair Cut
Okay, so I decided to share this one too. Weston was being so silly so I had to share one of him being a "ham". I wanted to share this one because you can see my crazy new "hair-do". When I first had it cut, I cried because it was so short but it's been a couple weeks and I've even had it trimmed again. So I think it's grown on me and I've received many compliments on it. (If only people saw me in the morning when it sticks straight up like a Mohawk.)Maternity
So we had a chance to get a couple maternity photos taken in the last couple of days and this was my favorite. You can see my little bump. I'm definately not as big as I got with Weston but I'm sure that's because I'm not on bed rest this round and I have a 3 year old to chase around. Megan, thank you so much for taking time out of your week off to do this for us!!!Once I have a chance to edit some of the photos I will post more. I have a doctor's appointment next week so I'll give everyone an update on how we are doing then. The count down has begun since I only have 7 weeks to go. I'm getting very anxious to meet this little guy.

Train Park
The picture above was taken in April of 2008 but I want you to get an idea of the size of the train. About two weeks ago we took the daycare kids to this same train park http://www.therailroadpark.com/index1.html and Weston really wanted to sit in the caboose which is very small and enclosed. It was fine with me so I sat on the floor of the small train along with all the munchkins. I'm sure it was a funny sight to see me sitting in there. I thought I would share the photo Danielle took of me. :)Las Vegas

2nd Ultra Sound
These are the ultra sound pictures that were taken today. If you click on them I believe you can see them larger. If not, I will re-post them individually. The first picture is of a foot, the second picture is of his fingers, and the third picture is his face. The baby weighs 3.2 lbs and is doing great. Weston was in the room today for this ultra sound and he had me laughing so hard. When he saw the heart beating on the screen he said "oh look it's a fishy". He also said the face was an elephant and at one point he said he saw a turtle. You would think I have a zoo in my tummy. He also thought it was very entertaining when they put the gooey gel on my tummy prior to the ultra sound.
As of today I'm 28 weeks and heading into my seventh month. I promise I will post pictures of me soon. I've been terrible about photos this pregnancy, I'm hoping Mark will take a couple photos of me this weekend. Then eventually I need some of the three of us. Before you know it our new addition to the family will be here.

Hospital Visit
Well, I had my first hospital visit today (it was not planned). I'm only 28 weeks and do not want to see the inside of a hospital for at least another 8 weeks.
I was having pain that wasn't normal and after being sick with a stomack bug for the last week my doctor's office thought it would be best if I went down to triage to be treated for dehydration. Sure enough I was have contractions as well, so they decided to monitor me for a while. Our baby boy is doing great and all of what I was feeling wasn't affecting him too much. He was very active and had a strong heartbeat. That was all great news to hear.
So after a couple hours there I received an IV of fluids and they decided it would be okay if I went home. I'm still having pains but after taking some medication and getting rest I hope to start feeling better. I have another appointment on Friday along with an ultra sound so we will do a follow up then. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
