Tanner Man

I had to post this one of Tanner for fun. Last week I was having issues with my camera and I'm still a little bit nervous about it so I've been taking a lot of "test" pictures to make sure everything is good. I thought this photo was cute with exception to his messy face. :) It's not often I can get him to look at the camera. 

(I actually still think it's out of focus but oh well.)

Lafayette Peach Festival

A couple of weeks ago we decided to get out of the house and head down to the Lafayette Peach Festival. We had a great time and enjoyed some kid friendly entertainment and viewing the different booths. Weston enjoyed the "instrument petting zoo" where he got to try out different instruments. All in all it was a fun morning.

Preschool Open House

Today Weston's preschool had an open house. So Weston got to meet one of his teachers and explore the classroom and playground a little bit. I snapped a couple of photos but it was a bit of challenge. Tanner was into everything and enjoyed exploring Weston's new classroom too. This will be the first time Weston heads out of the house to have preschool time with someone else. He will only go two days a week for 3 hours and then I will continue to work at home with him as well. I think it will be good for all of us but I know it's going to be hard at first (for mommy). He has done very well with me and I look forward to watching him grow outside of the home as well. 

Jumpin'

 

So I wanted to a take a couple photos of the cousins playing together but it's hard to get Tanner in them because he is the baby. He doesn't sit still too much either. So I decided to take some photos of the kids jumpin' on the trampoline. It's something they all love to do some much!!I think it will be fun to edit these and put them together as a collage. I really love some of their facial expressions. 

Swimming in AZ

So last weekend I surprise the kids with a trip to see the cousins in AZ. Weston did not know until we showed up at their house. He is such a trooper. I have great traveling kids. Weston was very excited to spend some time with his cousins. I know he misses them sometimes.

Denver Children's Museum

Tuesday night was "Free Tuesday" at the Denver Children's Museum. It was a tad busy and we only got to explore for an hour before they closed. We had a great time though and I look forward to going back.

 We explored the "Bubbles" room. Weston loved it!!

Boulder County Fair

Tonight we went to the Boulder County Fair and had a great time. I love that admission to the fair and parking were free. Weston enjoyed some of the rides and Tanner enjoyed the animals. I always loved the Alameda County Fair and I don't think anything will every compare to that but we thought The Boulder County fair was very comfortable and enjoyable (how a fair should be). We look forward to going again next year.
