Here are some pictures taken late on the 4th of July. As you can see Weston enjoyed a popsicle earlier that day. We went to church that evening and enjoyed a pot luck dinner with the members of our service. Then we headed home and walked down the street from our neighborhood to watch the fireworks from Schnepf Farms. Weston seemed to enjoy them. He said we wanted to do that (set them off), I think I may have a pyrotechnic on my hands. Tanner sported his Glory G (gDiaper) all day and they wore matching shirts I made for them (silly I know). Tanner is now 2 months old and getting so big already. He is very alert and he neck is getting stronger each day. He has started smiling and talking to us, it's the cutest thing.Tanner is also sleeping well at night with only one wake up at 2:30am. Weston still loves his baby brother VERY much and helps as much as he can!! I can't wait for the day when they can play together. We hope you all had a very Happy 4th of July!!

Tanner and Weston have a great daddy. We love you very much and appreciate everything you do for and with us. :)

A Busy Month

Swimming with cousins. It's about the only way to stay cool in this AZ heat.

Tanner had his first baby sitters. Kevin and Kym were Weston's first baby sitters also. They watched Weston when he was 10 days old and Tanner when he was 10 days old. Thanks Kevin and Kym, you are great friends (aka "auntie" and "uncle").

Weston fell asleep taking off his shoes (on top of our shoes) after a day of playing with cousins.

I know I'm way behind, I'm sorry about that. We are doing great. We are enjoying summer, our new baby, and having some time off. Here are some things that happened this last month.

One Week Old

Happy Mother's Day

I wanted to wish my mom a very happy Mother's Day. (I'm sorry my post is late.)

You are a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. You are my best friend and I couldn't have asked for a better mother (through thick times and thin). I wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for you. I love you dearly and miss you very much. Someday we will live closer to each other, all in good time. I can't wait for you to meet baby Tanner. I love you.
